Developer reveals plans for 156 homes

A HOUSING developer has unveiled plans to build 156 homes in Stockton.
-
Persimmon Teesside requested planning consent from Stockton Council to build the new properties on land east of Buckthorn Crescent near Roseworth and Norton.
It says the proposals could support the employment of 688 people and create around 70 jobs per year.
The plans say there would be twoto four-bedroom homes, if approved, and “a sustainable mix of housing will be provided to meet the local area's housing need”.
