Chairboys ace Kone on the radar at Riverside

MIDDLESBROUGH are reported to be among a clutch of clubs weighing up a bid for Wycombe Wanderers goal hero Richard Kone.
The 21-year-old was in excellent form for the Chairboys last season, smashing 18 goals as they narrowly missed on promotion to the Championship.
He was named League One player of the year but could now be on the move, with a host of clubs interested in the youngster. Birmingham City are said to be ready to make a move, with a £10m bid in the pipeline.
However, Boro have been named alongside several Championship rivals, as a potential destination for the front-man, after Wycombe lost to Charlton in the League One play-off final.
