Beloved grandmothers who died in Whitby cliff falls named

TWO women who died after falling from Whitby cliffs have been named.

The bodies of Joan Blanchon, 69, and Susan Fawcett, 58, were both discovered near the cliffs last month.
They were part of a tragic series of four individuals who lost their lives after falling from the cliffs within a five-day period.
North Yorkshire Police confirmed that Ms Blanchon was found near Whitby Pavilion on July 31. Just two days later, on August 2, Ms Fawcett was discovered at Sandsend by the main car park.
