Bears go hunting for rare Lincolnshire win
The Gazette
|April 18, 2025
REDCAR based to Scunthorpe this season, the Bears are more confident than ever of securing their first win in Lincolnshire since 2017.

The Agilia Bears have suffered 12 straight defeats at the Eddie Wright Raceway, in various competitions, during that barren spell but make today’s journey at almost full strength.
Only winter recruit Ace Piipier is absent away at Pardubice in the Czech Republic, representing Great Britain in a European Under-19 Championship semi-final.
The young Scot, who won the British title in the same age group last season is replaced by another teenager Jody Scott, who has impressed in the few meetings he has contested this spring.
Erik Riss is back from injury and manager Gavin Parr expects a big point return from his highly rated heatleader trio.
“Erik rode in Poland last weekend and top scored for Landshut so he seems to have fully recovered,” pointed out Parr.
