Yet another great escape

This might be a familiar sentence by now but we have to say it: It has happened yet again.

This time we don't mean a school shooting in the U.S., a policeman here being arrested for a criminal offense, someone in government office being charged for graft, or the finding of yet another scam hub. This time we mean the escape of minors from Operation Second Chance (OSC), a facility for offending juveniles in Barangay Kalunasan, Cebu City.
Last Wednesday, 13 of them aged between 15 to 17 escaped by running out of the gate when it was opened for trash to be collected from the facility. Fortunately, all but one of them have been returned.
