It would seem that Guo Hua Ping, a.k.a. Alice Guo, the former mayor of Bamban, Tarlac, is not alone when it comes to faking Filipino citizenship and identity.

According to the Philippine News Agency, the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) arrested a Chinese woman at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport for posing as a Filipino.
Wang Xiujin was nabbed after returning from Guangdong, China, last July 13.
The NBI said Wang first entered the country with a Special Investor's Resident Visa before getting a Certificate of Live Birth via late registration with the name Cassia Palma Poliquit, then eventually applied for and got a Philippine passport.
