The first Visayas Judo Caravan was officially launched in Cebu, aiming to strengthen regional judo programs across the Visayas.

Cebu Judo Club head Atty. Vicente Fernandez II organized the two-day caravan last November 8-9 at the Cebu City Sports Center with support from the Philippine Judo Federation. It featured a series of activities including coaching seminars, refereeing workshops, judo clinics, and promotion examinations.
The refereeing workshop is set to accredit new referees in the region, while the coaching seminar is for those seeking certification as official judo coaches in their respective clubs.
