More than two weeks after Typhoon Tino we still see the scars it left behind.

Some houses and structures still need fixing up or repairs. Some areas still don't have stable water supply. Some parts of the city still have debris that has yet to be cleared.
But more painful than the inconvenience of lining up for water, the destruction of residences, or the material losses suffered is the body count. For Cebu Province alone, the death toll has reached 108. But this might yet rise because of the 44 still missing.
