NGCP reports slight decrease in October transmission rates

Power transmission service provider National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) announced a slight decrease in overall transmission rates this October 2025, reflecting lower costs in both ancillary services and transmission wheeling rates.
The overall average transmission rate for the September 2025 billing period dropped by 1.23%, down to P1.3998/kWh from P1.4171/kWh in August.
