Jerusalem upbeat on defending WBC throne before home fans

With much excitement and enthusiasm, two-time world champion Melvin “El Gringo” Jerusalem looks forward to defending his World Boxing Council minimumweight throne before his home fans two months from now.
Jerusalem (24-3, 12 KOs) will put his WBC 105-pound belt on the line against South African challenger Siyakholwa Kuse (9-2-1, 4KOs) in the main event of a blockbuster card put up by Manny Pacquiao's MP Promotions to commemorate the 50th anniversary of "Thrilla in Manila" on October 29 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
