A helicopter service that now offers a dedicated air route connecting Tuburan and Bantayan has just been launched.

Speaking during the launch of the Tuburan SkyTour Experience at Tuburan 360 coffee shop, Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco said the SkyTour Experience is an exciting development that will eventually connect travelers to the island of Bantayan, further strengthening tourism in northern Cebu.
She said this will position Cebu as a multidimensional destination, offering attractions by land, sea, and now by air.
She described the launch as a fitting way to close 2025, while pointing to even bigger developments ahead in 2026, when the Philippines will serve as host and chair of ASEAN.
