La Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is an international gastronomy association whose members are devoted to preserving the camaraderie and pleasures of the table, along with promoting excellence in the hospitality industry.
A dinner was recently organized at the MOTT 32 at NUSTAR Cebu for an upcoming Chaîne event this September.
NUSTAR’s Senior Sales Manager Kristel Alexa Sormillon-Yap and Sales Manager Lovella Jade P. Anton welcomed the Chaîne Board with Dr. Vivina Chiu, Honey Loop, Dr. Nestor Alonso 11, and Joward Tongco.
The welcome drink was a Mottail, Stonecutters (Passionfruit, Miso Honey, and Lemon Verbena). This was paired with a trio of appetizers, Marinated Jellyfish (Wood Ear Fungus, Cucumber, Garlic), Siu Mai (Soft Quail Egg, Iberico Pork, Black Truffle), & Traditional Iberico Pork Shanghainese Soup Dumplings.
