Through its social media platforms, the agency encourages the public to send donations either in cash or in kind. Cash contributions may be sent through the DSWD Kaagapay Portal, the agency’s official digital platform for receiving and managing monetary donations, at kaagapay.dswd.gov.ph.

For in-kind donations, DSWD-7 is accepting goods at its warehouse located inside the AVRC II Compound, Camomot-Franza Road, Brgy. Labangon, Cebu City. The warehouse is open daily from 8 A.M. to 6 P.M.

Donations must consist of the immediate needs of affected communities and should be properly packed and ready for distribution to families of 4 to 5 members.

Priority items include easy-to-cook and ready-to-eat food, kitchen kits, sleeping kits, hygiene kits, family kits, drinking water, emergency lights or flashlights with batteries, and laminated sacks.
