After getting postponed due to tropical storm Basyang, the best-of-three Finals in both 12 and 15 Under divisions of the Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation, Inc. (CESAFI) Season 25 basketball tournament will kick off today (Saturday, February 7) at the Cebu Coliseum.

The Cebu Eastern College (CEC) Dragons are eyeing a historic Grand Slam in the U12 age group as they take on the Cebu Institute of Technology-University (CIT-U) Baby Wildcats at 3 p.m.
