Digital banking platform now offers IPO investing

Digital banking and payments platform Maya has rolled out a new feature that allows users to open brokerage accounts and subscribe to initial public offerings (IPOs) directly through the Maya app, further expanding its reach into investment services.

Through Maya Stocks, upgraded users can set up and fund brokerage accounts within minutes and access available IPOs through participating brokers.
The service streamlines what was once a complex, multi-step process by integrating brokerage onboarding, funding, and IPO visibility into one platform.
“Our goal has always been to make access to financial opportunities simpler and more inclusive,” said Shailesh Baidwan, Maya Group President and Co-Founder of Maya Bank.
