Radisson Blu Cebu recently earmarked a milestone via the Shining Through: A Crystal Year Anniversary Gala— celebrating 15 years of service, excellence, and gracious hospitality.
The evening was as a culinary showcase and artistic celebration, ushering in the Christmas season with elegance and meaning.Guests were welcomed with pass-around drinks and refined canapés, including a refreshing mango-calamansi mocktail accented with rose syrup. Bites such as crispy rice with spicy tuna, lechon tart, breaded creamy cranberry, and curled salmon with mango set a festive and indulgent tone.
The gala also served as the official launch of the hotel’s Christmas celebrations. Ann Olalo, General Manager of Radisson Blu Cebu, delivered her welcome remarks, followed by holiday messages from Cebu City Mayor Nestor Archival and Cebu Governor Pam Baricuatro.
