In case you missed it, Cavite 4th District Representative Francisco “Kiko” Barzaga admitted that he arrived late for the House of Representatives Ethics Committee hearing after playing games on his computer the night before.

House Deputy Speaker Ronaldo Puno and some members of the National Unity Party, Barzaga’s own political party, earlier filed an ethics complaint against him over alleged misconduct, inciting seditious activity, posting lewd content, and flaunting wealth.
Among others, Puno cited Barzaga’s inappropriate social media posts, frequent flashing of cash and luxury items on social media, his comment on how he was tired of “b*tch*s”, and his photo of a woman's thighs wrapped around his neck as basis for the complaint.
