The National Museum of the Philippines - Cebu earmarked National Arts Month this year with a collage printmaking workshop with the celebrated Marcelino Rodriguez the son of the the Cebu-born Manuel Rodriguez Sr., who is widely-hailed as the “Father of Philippine Printmaking”.

Fine arts and design students of the University of the Philippines - Cebu and the University of San Carlos participated in the workshop held on February 18 in the museum, where they learned the basics entailed in printmaking.
