Scorpio driver hits Chakan lady constable

A woman constable of the Chakan Traffic Division under the Pimpri-Chinchwad Police Commissionerate was injured after being hit by a Mahindra Scorpio whose driver fled to evade action on pending fines worth Rs62,000.
