HC sets aside court’s order against Runwal

na dispute over development rights to land in the Lohgaon area of Pune, the Bombay High Court has partly set aside an ex-parte interim injunction granted by a district court in favour of Bridge Water Realty LLP against Runwal Enterprises Ltd.
A bench of Justices Shyam Suman and Gautam Ankhad was hearing an appeal filed by Runwal Enterprises Ltd, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, challenging the order of the Pune district judge dated Feb 17. The order restrained the firm from transacting, transferring, assigning or creating any charge or third-party interest in the 3.93-hectare land, and from disturbing the alleged possession of Bridge Wa
