The High Court of Madras has directed YouTube to block a video review of a water energiser produced by Nannir Water Source LLP, and granted an interim injunction preventing further circulation of the content by the channel "Buying Facts".
Justice N. Senthilkumar held that product reviews cannot be used as a pretext to damage a company's reputation, goodwill and business prospects. The petition was filed by Nannir Water Source LL
