Maha to invoke MCOCA against gutkha network

The Maharashtra government is preparing to invoke the stringent MCOCA law against gutkha manufacturers and sellers.
Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that stronger legal action is already in progress, as gutkha and flavoured betel nut continue to enter the state illegally and are openly sold despite repeated seizures.
