TDB Rules Out Gold Return

The Travancore Devaswom Board has said it cannot bring back the gold-plated copper sheets removed from the Dwarapalaka idols at Sabarimala Temple immediately, despite the Kerala High Court ordering their return from Chennai.
Board president PS Prasanth clarified that the panels were taken out under the guidance of the temple Thantri and in line with established procedures, countering criticism that the decision was abrupt or unlawful.
