Trying to calm tensions within the ruling alliance over the Maratha versus OBC quota issue, CM Devendra Fadnavis on Thursday clarified that he has held discussions with minister Chhagan Bhujbal. A prominent OBC leader, Bhujbal has warned to take legal recourse over the recent issuance of a government resolution (GR) to grant Kunbi (OBC) caste certificates to the Marathas.
On Wednesday, he had also skipped a meeting of the state cabinet.
