Growth must be driven by indigenous capabilities, domestic ecosystems, and self-reliance across critical sectors. At the same time, development has to stay firmly aligned with environment-friendly practices, the use of high-quality materials at the right cost, and uncompromised performance standards.

The true foundation of Viksit Bharat will be the balance of sustainability, affordability, and reliability—ensuring that progress is not only rapid but also enduring and responsible.
