Nitish Kumar resigns, set to take oath again as Bihar CM

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar resigned on Wednesday and immediately staked claim to form the next NDA government. He submitted his resignation to Governor Arif Mohammad Khan at Raj Bhavan and presented a list of 202 supporting MLAs, after which he was invited to form the government.
