ACCEPTANCE BEFORE ACTION
The first step is acceptance. Resisting the situation only increases stress and mental turmoil. Accepting that challenges are a natural part of life allows the mind to remain calm and focused. Spiritual traditions often emphasize that life unfolds according to a larger cosmic order. Understanding that obstacles are temporary and part of a greater design helps cultivate patience and resilience.
