There is sense of maturity in new music that feels different compared to my earlier work: Vardaan Arora

In a world where music increasingly transcends geographical and cultural boundaries, Vardaan Arora represents a new wave of artists who are not just performers but global storytellers. With significant recognition across Spotify's Viral 50 globally, and notable music publications such as Billboard and The Rolling Stones India, Vardaan is quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with on the global stage.

There is sense of maturity in new music that feels different compared to my earlier work: Vardaan Arora

Vardaan Arora's big break came with the release of his debut single 'Feel Good' which was charted on Spotify's Viral 50. Following his hit single, his debut EP 'Heartbreak On The Dancefloor,' holds a special place in his artistic journey.

The music artist is also currently putting finishing touches on a vibrant four-song EP, a project that has been his focus throughout the year. In a candid conversation he gives insight about his upcoming projects. Excerpts

Q. Looking back at your musical journey, how do you feel your past work has shaped the artist you are today?

A. I feel proud of it! At first, I placed a lot of value on what other people thought of my work. I let their opinions dictate whether or not my music was good enough, and I think all artists do that to some degree. But now, looking back at my catalogue, I feel proud of all the songs I've put out into the world through all the different eras in my life. Of course, I still care about the responses I get to the music, but I don't rely on them to feel fulfilled.

Q. What inspired you to write 'Pretty Please' and 'Good Things'? Can you share the stories or themes behind these tracks?
