To give a new dimension to Ghoomar, the pride of the desert's folk dances, the government is organizing the Ghoomar Fest for the first time.
Thousands of women will perform Ghoomar together to introduce the country to the state's rich tradition. Preparations for this event are in full swing. In an exclusive interview with India News, Deputy Chief Minister and Tourism, Art and Culture Minister Diya Kumari said that this event is not just a cultural event, but a celebration of the soul of Rajasthan and women's empowerment.
