TELANGANA HIGH COURT PASSED A SLEW OF DIRECTIONS TO ENSURE SPEEDY DISPOSAL OF CASES AGAINST MLA & MPS

The Telangana High Court in the case observed and has passed the slew of directions to the Courts and Police Officials concerned in furtherance of the Suo Motu proceedings initiated that were taken up by the court in order to the ensure speedy disposal of cases with regards to MLAs and MPs.

The court in the case observed and has directed the Registrar of the Telangana High Court for filing a report showing the number of pending cases which are against MLAs and MPs within the State.
The Senior Counsel Vidya Sagar appearing on behalf of the Registrar General presented the report before the Division Bench of Chief Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice Anil Kumar Jukanti.
Therefore, the court observed that the statistics have also been uploaded on the official website of the Telangana High Court and it can be found at the bottom of the home page.
