Government's Big Step on Online Gaming, Did Not Care About Loss of Tax Revenue

For the last few years, fantasy platforms and BCCI have taken great advantage of each other.
BCCI signed a total deal of Rs 983 crore with two online companies in the form of Dream 11 and My-11 Circle, while both these companies got business worth crores through BCCI, where many players of Team India were seen advertising on TV for making a team on Dream 11. Till that time there was no bill regarding this, so investing money and making money was given the name of skill, and the court's decisions also went in favor of these fantasy platforms in the absence of a bill.
