From Kheer to Chocolate Laddoos: Wholesome walnut recipes for the festive season

Chef Meghna Kamdar, on behalf of Chilean Walnuts, shares wholesome recipes that combine tradition and nutrition.
From No Added Sugar Dates & Walnut Chocolate to Caramel Walnut Kheer and Walnut Makhana, these treats promise flavor, and festive joy in every bite.
No Added Sugar Dates & Walnut ChocolateIngredients: • 1 cup dates (pitted) • 1/2 cup rolled oats • 1/2 cup walnuts • 1-2 tsp instant coffee (optional) • A pinch of salt 50-60g cooking dark chocolate • Extra walnut pieces for garnish
Instruction: Dry roast oats and walnuts together. Let cool.
In a mixer, take dates and churn them & keep aside.
Now in the mixer, take the walnut and rolled oats, take some coffee and a pinch of salt and churn everything together.
Now mix everything in a bowl and make laddoos.
Melt dark chocolate and dip the laddoos.
