Dream11 Ends Team India Sponsorship After Online Gaming Bill

.Fantasy sports platform Dream11 will no longer serve as the lead sponsor of the Indian cricket team following the passage of the Online Gaming Bill in Parliament last week, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) confirmed on Monday.
BCCI Secretary Devajit Saikia said the decision was taken in light of the new legislation, which prohibits online money gaming. “BCCI and Dream11 are discontinuing their relationship with each other after the Online Gaming Bill. BCCI will ensure not to indulge with any such organisations in future,” Saikia
