CM Patel hails Gujarat as growth engine, targets to achieve $3.5 trillion economy

Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel said on Thursday that the western state under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has become the growth engine of India's development and is one of the most industrialized and urbanised state in the country.
He also said that Gujarat aims to achieve its target of becoming a $3.5 trillion economy by 2047 with a regional growth push.
Patel made the remarks while addressing an interaction meet with industrialists ahead of the upcoming Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conferences (VGRCs).
