Today, while many of us were distracted by AI's ability to generate Ghibli art or draft business emails, a revolutionary application of this technology has been quietly advancing in laboratories around the world.

DEATH AND LONGEVITY It is nothing but the pursuit of radical life extension, which goes way beyond our current imaginations. According to different experts in the field of Longevity, we may be on the precipice of a breakthrough that would redefine what it means to be human in the 21st century. The concept is called "longevity escape velocity"—the point at which medical advances add more than one year of life expectancy for each calendar year that passes. Reach this milestone, and theoretically, you could outrun death indefinitely. Well, it doesn't mean that people will not die and will live forever. It just means that people will not die of natural causes.

The most startling part in this whole endeavor is that several scientists like Ray Kurzweil (The Singularity is Nearer) and Jose Cordeiro (The Death of Death) are arguing that the way AI is progressing at such a fast pace in the field of healthcare, we'll hit this benchmark by 2030.
