Bihar BJP Chief Slams India Bloc Over Remark Against PM Modi's Late Mother

Bihar Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Dilip Jaiswal on Wednesday lambasted the INDIA bloc leaders over alleged 'derogatory remarks' made against Prime Minister Narendra Modi's late mother during the 'Voter Adhikar Yatra', asserting that the people of Bihar and the nation would "never forgive them".
Reacting to PM Modi's statement on the issue, the BJP leader said the Rashtriya Janata Dal and Congress leaders had crossed all limits of political decency.
"The way abuses were hurled against the mother of the PM by the INDIA bloc alliance during the 'Voter Adhikar Yatra'. And after that, they did not even realise or say anything; the people of Bihar and the nation will never forgive them... That is why the people of Bihar and the whole nation are asking members of the INDIA alliance which 'Voter Adhikar Yatra' they went for, in which abuses were hurled against a mother." Jaiswal told ANI.
