These digital caregivers do more than automate tasks; they bring a human-like presence that bridges technology with compassion. Recent advancements in AI have enabled companies like Soul Machines and Nvidia to develop digital humans capable of reading emotions through facial expressions, understanding tone of voice, and responding to needs in real-time.
According to Emergen Research, the global market for digital humans is projected to grow from $10 billion in 2020 to around $530 billion by 2030, with senior care emerging as a key area. By learning from each interaction, these digital humans provide a personalised experience, adjusting to each senior's unique preferences and needs.
