Duke of Cornwall opens new access road for football club despite delay

PRINCE William was forced to delay his arrival in the county on Thursday last week after thick fog set back his plans.

The Duke of Cornwall had been due to land at Mousehole Association Football Club's ground in a new helicopter shortly before midday, but was held back by aviation authorities due to the weather.
He was instead forced to land at RNAS Culdrose and make the 40-minute drive from there, arriving shortly before 1pm.
During his trip the Prince opened a new access road for Mousehole AFC. He helped fund the consortium of individuals and businesses which built it.
