Unsold stands in eco-estate available for sale

A total of 129 unsold residential stands within the Kenton Eco Estate, an exclusive eco-friendly development in the Eastern Cape, are now available for purchase by private tender following the liquidation of one of its developers.
The estate remains solvent, with only the portion containing the 129 stands undergoing liquidation.
The estate, which consists of 330 residential stands, is managed by the Kenton Eco Estate Home Owners Association NPC.
The association is a separate entity from the liquidated Kenton Eco Estate Limited.
Investment opportunity
"The sale of these development rights will suit an investor looking to develop and sell within the luxury sustainability market," says Norman Raad, CEO of Broll Auctions and Sales, the firm handling the sale.
"With 200 of these stands already sold, the popularity and reputation of Kenton Eco Estate is already proven," he said.
