aving last revised the Taycan range in March with the introduction of the Turbo GT, Porsche has added three more derivatives in a move it says now completes the roll-out of the facelift electric car's line-up. A surprise omission when the Taycan debuted in February, the new simply named Taycan 4 finally becomes available as a sedan after initially being offered solely as the estate-styled Cross Turismo. Positioned between the entry-level rear-wheel-drive Taycan and the more powerful all-paw gripping Taycan 4S, the 4 utilises the 105k Wh battery pack with a choice of two outputs; 300k W or 320k W when fitted with the socalled Performance Battery Plus.

Powering an electric motor mounted on the front and rear axles apiece, the Taycan 4, with the latter battery and launch control engaged, will get from o-Iookm/h in 4.6 seconds despite its mass increasing by 80kg over the base Taycan.
