It is not good enough for supporters to chant and sing "Baba" to the MK party's leader. People are mortals who don't live forever. Blacks are frazzled after 30 years of wandering in the wilderness left by the liberation-era political party, the ANC. The destination is still far away.
Major chain retailers spend reasonable funds in establishing well-equipped customer care lines manned by trained operators. This allows shoppers not only to lodge complaints, but also to make suggestions and commendations. The aim is to improve service and offer quality products to retain loyal and valued customers and enjoy high sales.
