NEWCASTLE and Northumberland youngsters have told of their 'dream come true' after performing centre stage at one of the world's most famous venues, Disneyland Paris, as part of their performing arts school's 25th anniversary celebrations.

The young performers, ranging in age from primary school to college level, were given the extraordinary opportunity to showcase their skills to thousands of visitors from across the globe, bringing their North East training to the magical stages of Disney.

The students from Razzamataz Theatre Schools which has been operating in Newcastle for 10 years and recently launched at East Bedlington Community Centre performed as part of the official pre-parade entertainment.

A platform that most professional performers only dream of, for many of the youngsters it was their first time performing to such a diverse, global audience - an experience that has left lasting memories and boosted confidence levels immeasurably.

"Watching our students perform at Disney was absolutely incredible" said James Pennell-Tutill, Principal and Artistic Director of Razzamataz Theatre Schools Newcastle.
