Mariners boss rings changes

SOUTH Shields manager Elliott Dickman is hoping to add more defensive stability to his squad during the summer.

The Mariners have already begun making changes to the squad that ended last season in the bottom half of the National League North table.
Long-serving defender Dillon Morse, goalkeeper Myles Boney and academy graduates Bryan Taylor and Joao Gomes have all been released and centre-back Tom Broadbent has confirmed his retirement.
