Leinster fly-half Harry Byrne has been ruled out of Ireland's squad for the Guinness Six Nations clash against Wales in Dublin because of concussion.Byrne - one of a number of players released back to their provinces for United Rugby Championship matches - went off for a head injury assessment during the defeat at Cardiff on Friday night.
