Goals will flow again for Magpies

NEWCASTLE United were blunt on the road once again yesterday but Eddie Howe will have seen enough from new £65m striker Nick Woltemade already to indicate that goals are not going to be a long-term problem, writes STUART JAMIESON.

The challenge for the Magpies head coach now is to find a system that will bring the best out of the German frontman without radically changing his side - and that could be a real test.

Howe has frequently, and rightly, reminded everyone that Woltemade is not a like-for-like replacement for Alexander Isak. No one would argue, but then if Newcastle have a different kind of striker leading the line, then perhaps they need a different approach.
