Former nursery plagued by antisocial behavior to become flats

PLANS to convert a dilapidated former Felling nursery into new flats have been approved by councillors.
-
It is hoped the plans will bring a now vacant and vandalised historic building back into active use.
Proposals to turn an ex-nursery and former 1920s labour exchange, Holly House, into nine new apartments were approved by a majority vote of 12 in favour, to one against and one abstention.
