LEE STAVERS HAUNTED BY THE HARROWING FOOTAGE OF HIS SON'S DEATH STILL BEEN SHARED ON FACEBOOK
THE dad of a Whitley Bay fairground worker who died in a tragic accident has been living in a 'recurring nightmare' with the video of his son's death still being on social media.
The video shows the circumstances that caused the serious head injuries which his son Corrie passed away from, and it now has 16,800 views on Facebook, continuing to cause further pain and heartache to not just Lee, but the rest of Corrie's family and friends. The footage also previously appeared on TikTok, but has now been removed by the social media company.
Speaking this morning, after continuing to suffer over a turbulent weekend, Lee Stavers, of Houghton-le-Spring said: "I just haven't been able to relax, and I feel like this has been following me everywhere I go. This sick situation is continuing to absolutely destroy my family and every time that I see the video is still up on social media it feels like another punch.
