Carabao Cup armchair auction

AN armchair signed by Newcastle United's Carabao Cup-winning heroes is being auctioned off in aid of the Newcastle United Foundation, with a huge bidding war expected.
But before it ends up in its new home, it has gone on display in the city's Eldon Square shopping centre, outside the Next flagship store which opened in July.
All proceeds from the chair, which has a reserve price of £4,000, will go to the Newcastle United Foundation, supporting its work in transforming lives through sport, education and community programmes.
