Big Joe has big dreams for the Magpies

NEWCASTLE United samba star Joelinton reckons that Eddie Howe's Magpies are much better equipped for a title challenge this season compared to two years ago.
-
Howe's side were tipped as title challengers in 2023 after finishing fourth and qualifying for the Champions League, but a squad that lacked depth struggled to cope with European commitments and slumped to seventh place before failing to qualify for continental competition.
But Joelinton and his teammates roared back last term and secured a Champions League place as well as winning the Carabao Cup. And now he is hungry for more with Newcastle's blueprint of having two XIs to pick from paying off.
After being talked up as title contenders again by pundits such as Alan Pardew on talkSPORT, Joelinton feels Newcastle are in a much better place again.
