A CHURCH of England primary school has taken effective action to maintain standards, Ofsted believes.

The view was reached by inspector John Tomlinson, lead inspector, at Bunbury Aldersey CoE Primary on School Lane, Bunbury.

At a previous inspection the overall outcome was said to have been Good. The behaviour and attitudes of the children, their personal development and the early years provision were all Outstanding and the quality of education and the leadership and management of the school were both Good.

The inspector said children at the school are happy and safe and enjoy coming to school while parents and carers have 'overwhelmingly positive views'.

Pupils show 'exemplary behaviour' and are kind and considerate to all of those around them.
